Through Impact360 Wellness we share our approach to the physical aspect of the circle. We offer fitness and nutrition coaching, and we provide products through a partner company that keep you safe on the outside, while offering vitamins and supplements to help you on the inside. Fitness

We are fitness instructors by training and profession. Our founder and partner trainers are ACE Certified and lead fitness classes at health and medical facilities around the country. We can offer you virtual classes and individual instruction. Our classes range in degree of difficulty, but we are certain to have one that meets you where you are on your Wellness journey.
